About the Role
Seeking an experienced Chief Pilot / Technical Demonstrator to lead drone flight operations and customer demonstrations across the UK. This position combines hands-on piloting and training with technical integration and client engagement. The successful candidate will serve as the operational lead for UK-based activities, representing the company in demonstrations, training sessions, and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all UK drone flight operations and act as the senior pilot for the region.
* Conduct live demonstrations, trials, and training for defence and security partners.
* Support the integration and deployment of advanced drone platforms in the field.
* Serve as the primary technical liaison for UK clients during demonstrations and pilot programs.
* Ensure full compliance with UK aviation and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to improve operational capabilities.
* Mentor and train additional pilots as the UK operation grows.
Candidate Profile
1. Demonstrated hands-on experience as a professional drone pilot, ideally within defence or security environments.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of UAV operations, safety procedures, and UK aviation regulations.
