This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Designer to play a key role in delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical leadership across design and construction delivery teams
- Produce & drafting Design Plans
- Investigating requirements
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and buildable
- Coordinate closely with site teams, contractors, and project managers
- Maintain strong communication across stakeholders and disciplines
- Oversee design programmes, budgets, and compliance requirements
- Champion health & safety in design (CDM awareness)
- Take final design ownership on major construction schemes
- Influence projects from early design through to build and handover
- Be part of a multi-billion-pound investment programme
- Work on projects that shape the built environment and communities
What you’ll bring
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong experience in construction project delivery or design management
- Ability to make decisions that directly impact build outcomes and programme
- A practical mindset with a focus on constructability and delivery
