Acosta Europe, a leading sales and marketing agency, is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee a high-profile account at Disrupt. This role involves leading client accounts, driving performance, managing a team, and contributing to business development and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
* Client & Performance Management: Lead client accounts focusing on ROI and strategic performance; define KPIs; collaborate with insight teams; produce reports.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a team; manage resourcing and recruitment; conduct team meetings and development activities.
* Client Relationship Development: Build long-term client partnerships; identify upselling opportunities; understand client business goals.
* New Business & Innovation: Identify new opportunities; monitor industry trends; conduct store visits.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure GDPR compliance; manage data, invoicing, forecasting, and administrative duties.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management, ideally in retail, sales, or client services.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data.
* Budget and financial management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and relevant tools.
Desirable
* Experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales environments.
