As a Team Assistant, you’ll support senior professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-paced, international environment. This classic yet dynamic role will see you liaising with assistants and executives across global teams. Key requirements:
* Fluent in German (spoken and written)
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Coordinator
* Proficiency in diary management, travel booking, and logistics coordination
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones
* Coordinating international, multi-stop travel (when appropriate in the future)
* Preparing detailed itineraries and arranging visas
* Processing monthly expenses
* Providing cover for other assistants and collaborating as part of a team of assistants
