The Role:
* Support Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing, planning, and review
* Attend client meetings and assist with technical queries
* Gather and maintain client data, including accurate compliance and documentation
* Prepare draft net worth statements, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans
* Conduct product research, platform analysis, and technical due diligence
* Write clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports
* Liaise with providers and client advisers (legal/tax) as needed
* Support implementation of recommendations and assist in annual reviews
* Stay up to date with regulatory and market changes
* Participate in internal investment committee meetings and team collaboration
The Person:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Paraplanner role
* Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) - essential
* Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and platforms
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software (e.g. Voyant, Intelliflo)
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with complex financial data
* Excellent communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills
* Able to manage own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently
* Desire to achieve Chartered status and ongoing CPD compliance
