Job Title: Part-Time Laser Quest Host / Customer Service Assistant
Location: Disco Bowl Newport
Hours: 16–20 hours per week (flexible, evenings and weekends required)

Disco Bowl Newport is a busy and exciting entertainment venue offering bowling, Laser Quest, food, and fun for all ages. We're passionate about delivering great experiences, and we're looking for a confident and engaging Host to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Laser Quest Host, you'll be the face of the attraction. You'll greet and brief customers, run game sessions, and make sure everyone has a safe and fun time. Alongside this, you'll also be cross-trained to support across the wider venue, including customer service at the front desk, bar, and lanes, giving you variety in your shifts and the chance to build new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and briefing customers before their Laser Quest session
* Running and supervising games in a fun, professional, and safe manner
* Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a great experience
* Supporting other areas of the venue including reception, lanes, and bar as required
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the Laser Quest arena and across the site
What We're Looking For:
* Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with groups of all ages
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy, high-energy environment
* A team player with a flexible approach to work (evenings and weekends essential)
* Previous hospitality, customer service, or entertainment experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
