Description and Requirements
This strategic channel role will play a critical part in assessing and developing new or existing opportunities with Global Channel in order to develop the channel ecosystem for NVIDIA. Those Channel partners will cover the full breadth from SMB through to Global Technology partners where we can leverage strengths of our organization in order to support the “3S” and deliver solutions with NVIDIA to equip partners with the knowledge and tools required to grow.
Once the opportunities are identified, the Channel Business Partner Manager will build the relationships and act as the interface between our teams and the alliance partner.
Building and enabling a strategic annual business plan, supported by specific initiatives to grow NVIDIA across Lenovo different business groups’ products will be key to this role.
Reporting to the Global Strategic Partnership Director, you will be a thought leader and execution partner for business leaders, thinking strategically and helping drive best practices. You will help define strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's channel business growth with NVIDIA. We are looking for the person who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate in learning, while also balancing execution. Building tight working relationships with our external alliance partners is critical for joint success.
Responsibilities:
1. Create, build, and execute jointly together the GTM channel strategy & Enablement plan for NVIDIA Channel business.
2. Work horizontally across all Business Group’s to translate our technology priorities into channel initiatives utilizing Lenovo360 as a framework.
3. Build on, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Geo Sales (both Lenovo and NVIDIA)
4. Develop BMS and dashboard to review overall NVIDIA funding vs outcomes and opportunities.
5. Work across a matrixed organization to ensure maximum program participation, communication, and effectiveness.
6. Budget and track financial success of key programs, making program suggestions, alterations and sharing best practice as needed.
Qualifications:
7. 6-8 years previous experience across Alliances, Sales, Sales Management; Finance or business Ops, Product Management
8. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and comfortable working with Senior business leaders
9. Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive proficiency in powerpoint, Excel.
10. Strong Collaboration Skills and ability to work cross functionally.
11. Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify approaches & solutions to challenges.

14. Experience of regional alliance role or senior account manager would be an asset.
