Who you will be:
* Have previous experience working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or an RM within a fast paced environment
* Have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
* Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and restaurant management team
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Experience with Italian hospitality would be an advantageous.
