Principal Manager - Children's Integrated Front Door £41.42 per hour West Midlands 37 hours p/w Hybrid About the role: To manage 3 consultant social workers who each process 10-15 contacts per day of children and families requiring support, safeguarding and or protection. Manage and develop the delivery of Children and Family Services to a defined area of service by organising, leading, motivating, and ensuring the supervision of the teams. Whilst providing outstanding Leadership and Management across Children and Families Services. To ensure the delivery and operation of a range of high-quality, cost-effective services to meet the individual needs of Children, Young People, and their Families and Carers. To develop performance management systems within the team and ensure the achievement of performance targets and quality assurance to support continuous improvement. To achieve the best possible positive outcomes for children and young people across the service. Contribute to the management, delivery, and operation of a range of measurably high-quality, cost-effective services to meet individual needs. Manage the team’s caseload including complex cases. Focusing on the development of quality in practice, setting standards and the conditions required for successful social work by motivating and nurturing staff, taking responsibility and be accountable for the practice of social workers, and managing the duty function What you need: A degree in Social Work or equivalent Social Work England registration At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities Completed relevant post-qualifying training Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and written skills Why Work with Pertemps Social Care?
