Job Overview
The Arden Project provides housing support to people with mental health needs, helping them live independently in the local community. Staff are on duty 24/7, but support hours are tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant you will:
* Assist people with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support, while expanding their social networks and connections.
* Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and outcomes through collaboration with their personal support plans.
* Create a positive, flexible, and supportive environment, working independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to adapt communication style to build successful, enjoyable relationships with the people we support.
* Commitment to work with individuals through personalized support plans so they reach their goals and celebrate successes.
* A positive and flexible outlook, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
