About the Role As an Early Intervention Worker, you’ll work hands‑on with children, young people and their families who need extra support to improve their lives. You will Co-ordinate, develop and deliver individual and group interventions to parents/carer of vulnerable children to improve parenting skills and family relationships, vulnerable children, and children and families impacted by trauma to support recovery/behaviour change What We’re Looking For You’ll be someone who: Has experience working directly with children, young people and families Is confident having honest, respectful conversations Can manage a varied workload and liaise with different services Understands how early help and whole‑family working makes a difference Is practical, reflective and team‑focused Be confident in delivering group work with parents, carers and their families Above all, we’re looking for people who are approachable, committed and genuinely care about children and their families.
