As an English and Maths Coach, you will play a key role in supporting students by linking their English and Maths learning with their vocational studies. We're looking for individuals who can make a positive difference to students who find these subjects challenging and who are passionate about supporting 16-18 and 19 learners to succeed. The successful candidate will be required to: Lead groups of students in project-based learning sessions, designed to bridge the gap between their English and Maths GCSE lessons and their vocational learning. Conduct targeted sessions for identified students to enhance progress in English and Mathematics Offer cover support when necessary. Engage in Level 3 teacher training with the potential to transition to a teaching role. Assist in tracking student attendance and addressing root causes. Contribute to open days as needed.
