Your Role
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in a safe, supportive setting
* Encourage emotional, social, and cognitive growth
* Work closely with parents and guardians to meet each child’s needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating environment
* Keep accurate records of children’s progress
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experience in nurseries or early years settings
* Passion for working with young children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices
