As Financial Controller, you will be the backbone of our finance function, owning all day-to-day financial operations, driving accuracy, and ensuring scalable, robust processes to support our growth.
You will lead the transition away from external reliance on Finance Box, implement tighter financial controls, and embed clear systems across accounting, payroll, and HR administration.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on detail, consistency, and continual improvement.
Our mission to Enable Greatness depends on smart, disciplined financial management.
As Financial Controller, you will ensure every transaction is reliable, every report is accurate, and every process is resilient so the business can make confident decisions and grow sustainably.
Your work will empower our Finance Director to focus on strategy, investment, and growth initiatives, knowing that the foundations are solid.
You are analytical and structured, with an eye for detail and a bias for action.
You understand that clarity and control are essential, especially in a scaling business. You embrace modern finance systems and processes, and you're not afraid to challenge inefficiencies.
People trust you because you deliver what you say you will. You communicate complex financial matters simply and professionally.
You enjoy improving how things work, while ensuring today's numbers are right.
