A growing consumer focused business is looking to appoint a commercially aware and creatively driven Marketing Manager to help evolve and modernise its offline marketing capability.
This is not simply a campaign coordination role. The business is specifically looking for someone with a solid track record within B2C campaign management and consumer marketing, who can bring stronger creative thinking, sharper customer targeting, and a more sophisticated approach to offline customer acquisition activity.
The environment would suit someone who genuinely enjoys the creative side of marketing but also understands the commercial importance of segmentation, testing, response tracking, customer insight, and campaign effectiveness.
You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders across Product, Design, Content, and senior leadership teams, whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards across brand execution and detail.
The business is keen to move beyond a relatively traditional offline approach and wants someone who can introduce fresh ideas, challenge thinking, broaden channel activity, and help shape future direction across press, direct marketing, ATL, and wider offline campaigns.
