Are you an organised, proactive administrator with experience in Facilities Management or a maintenance helpdesk environment?
We’re recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator in Leeds to join a busy and supportive FM team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys coordinating engineers, contractors and maintenance works.

The Role – Helpdesk Administrator (FM)
As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across a commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all helpdesk queries via phone and email
* Log, allocate and track reactive and planned maintenance jobs using a CAFM system
* Schedule engineers and contractors efficiently
* Monitor job progress and ensure SLAs are met
* Liaise with suppliers and support contractor onboarding
* Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and reports
* Provide general administrative support to the FM team
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Helpdesk Administrator, FM Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator or similar role
* Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) preferred
* Familiarity with CAFM systems (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
* High attention to detail
