With a strong focus on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud-based transformation, they are continuing to grow their consulting practice in response to increasing client demand.
They are now seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Pre-Sales Consultant to support sales, marketing, and delivery teams by shaping solution proposals, leading discovery conversations, and delivering compelling demonstrations to prospective clients.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to prospective clients across multiple industries. From discovery through to proposal, you’ll bridge business challenges with scalable, cloud-based ERP solutions.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys translating complexity into clarity, leading workshops, and influencing client decision-making through strong product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
* Deliver tailored Dynamics 365 Business Central demonstrations and workshops
* Support Sales teams in mapping customer requirements to BC functionality and extensions
* Participate in discovery sessions to capture business requirements and define solution scope
* Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and presales documentation
* Develop high-level solution designs and architecture overviews
Solution Design & Product Expertise
* Advise on integrations using APIs, Power Platform, AI, and ISV add-ons
* Build proof-of-concept environments and prototype scenarios
* Stay up to date with BC releases, Microsoft licensing, and roadmap developments
* Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, deliverable, and aligned to best practice
Collaboration & Enablement
* Work closely with Consulting and Development teams to ensure smooth presales handover
* Support marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and collateral
* Provide guidance on emerging Microsoft technologies including Copilot and AI capabilities
About You
* Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
* Strong functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, and reporting
* Proven track record delivering ERP demonstrations or leading client workshops
* Ability to design and articulate end-to-end ERP solutions, including integrations and extensions
* Familiarity with Power Platform, APIs, and SaaS/cloud environments
* Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
* Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong proposal-writing and documentation skills
