An influx of new cases over the last 18 months has resulted in a number of internal promotions. As such this Insolvency practice is seeking an additional Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their Nottingham office.
Role:
1. Managing case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression and closure.
2. Cases will mainly include Liquidations. There will be some Administration and Bankruptcy cases.
3. Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
4. Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
5. Investigating Directors’ conduct.
6. Preparing for and attending creditors’ meetings.
7. Managing asset valuation and realisation.
8. Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
9. Attending clients’ sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary.
10. Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.

Requirements:
11. Minimum of 12 months experience working within Corporate Insolvency.
12. Desire to study for future insolvency qualifications.
