As a Cashier & Admin Officer (Office-Based):
* Handle payments and advise the public on payment methods
* Respond to general enquiries in person and over the phone
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all admin procedures are followed
* Deliver excellent customer service to the public and internal teams
As an Enforcement Officer (Field-Based):
* Operate an ANPR vehicle to identify untaxed vehicles
* Clamp, remove or impound vehicles in line with procedures
* Complete all enforcement documentation (CLE2/6, condition reports, evidence photography)
* Liaise with DVLA, Police, VOSA, and other agencies
* Attend daily briefings and ensure all enforcement equipment is in working order
* Work flexibly across different locations and occasionally take on other duties as required
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Computer literate and admin-savvy
* Confident working both independently and in a team
* Able to deal with conflict calmly and professionally
* Full UK driving licence required
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
