About the Role
You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is – but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be travelling to different locations, meeting new people daily, installing cutting‑edge broadband, troubleshooting issues, and enjoying the freedom of working outside. You’ll get real job progression and only work four days out of seven each week.
What You’ll Do
 * Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
 * Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
 * Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
 * Work independently with the backing of a supportive team.
