About the Role
Are you passionate about helping young people rediscover their love for learning?
We are recruiting on behalf of a unique and inspiring Alternative Provision (AP) school in Liverpool, which is looking for a Math's Teacher to join their team full-time. This is a long-term opportunity with a very strong chance of becoming permanent in September 2025.

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging math's lessons to small groups of students (KS3/KS4)
* Supporting students who may not have thrived in mainstream education
* Building positive, consistent relationships to help students grow in confidence and ability
* Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders to provide tailored learning experiences

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:
* Qualified or unqualified teachers with strong math's knowledge
* Cover Supervisors or HLTAs with experience delivering math's content
* Educators passionate about supporting students in non-traditional settings
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Confidence delivering KS3/KS4 math's
* Strong classroom and behavior management skills
* A calm, consistent, and empathetic approach
* A commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
