Job Description (Full Training offered):- Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox. Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives To on a daily basis ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures. Provide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & procedures. Keep email folder up to date. Ensure smooth flow of work. Awareness of costs. Awareness of best routes.
