Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with Consultant teams to manage clinics, monitor patient pathways against national targets, resolve issues proactively and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, strong IT skills and excellent communication will help deliver outstanding patient experiences while supporting the Trust to meet performance standards.

Strong organisational and initiative skills, ability to work as part of a supportive team, high‑quality service delivery, excellent communication, IT proficiency, and compassion in patient care.
