Lab Technician - Tewkesbury
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days out of 7 (shift pattern)

The Role
You'll play a key part in maintaining product quality by carrying out sampling, microbiological testing, and essential lab procedures. Working closely with the Laboratory Manager and wider team, you'll help ensure all products meet internal and external standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out product sampling and laboratory testing
Conducting microbiological tests, interpreting results, checking for antibiotics, and supporting shelf-life testing
Ensuring laboratory areas remain clean, organised, and compliant
Working to legislative and internal quality standards
Supporting smooth day-to-day lab operations
