The role of the Senior Finance Assistant
* Full ownership of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
* Active cashflow monitoring and reporting
* Processing and managing supplier payments
* Performing detailed revenue reconciliations
* Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
* Assisting in improving finance processes and controls
The ideal Senior Finance Assistant
* 2+ years experience in a finance or accounts role
* Proven experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Strong working knowledge of Excel including formulas, lookups and data handling
* Experience supporting month-end processes
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
* Experience using Accounts IQ desirable
* Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment desirable
