Job Overview - Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
We are looking for hardworking and reliable labourers to join our team in Hull. Work is offered on a flexible basis, with shifts available on certain days (not guaranteed 5 days per week). For the right person, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent role and progress within the company. Some projects may also require working out of town, with travel provided.
Responsibilities
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
* Carry out physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
* The ability to perform manual labour
* Good teamwork skills and able to work with colleagues
* Good communication skills to understand instructions and relay information accurately
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
* CSCS card – optional (if you don\'t have one, no problem - training support will be provided by us)
* Driving licence – optional (it\'s an advantage, but not required)
