Responsibilities
* Lead and manage your designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Plan and oversee engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support, mentor and develop room staff to maintain a positive and motivated team.
* Monitor children's progress through observations, assessments and planning.
* Maintain exceptional safeguarding, hygiene and health & safety standards.
* Build strong, professional partnerships with families and colleagues.
* Contribute to the nursery's overall vision, continuous improvement and outstanding practice.

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (required).
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting, ideally with some leadership or senior responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
