As a Supply Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment.
* Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in the curriculum during regular teacher's absence.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
We're seeking individuals who:
* Hold relevant teaching qualifications and are eligible to work as a supply teacher.
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service (support can be provided to obtain one).
* Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Have a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across different year groups and subjects.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds.
