Trustee Recruitment Virtual Info Session – Join the Movement

We’re not recruiting yet… but we’re inviting you to a behind-the-scenes look at what it means to become a Radical Trustee.
Radical Recruit is a charity with a proven model and huge ambition. We exist to level the playing field for people whose talent is routinely overlooked. We’ve supported over 770 people into paid work and smashed reoffending rates to under 2%. Now we’re building the board that will help us scale our impact without compromising our values.

* A start-up to scale-up strategist
* A sales and commercial powerhouse
* A big-picture fundraiser (major donors for example)
* A social value and ESG strategist
* A young trustee
You don’t have to be perfect. We want people with fire in their belly, Radical values in their bones, a bias for action and the courage to say, “we can do better” for Radical people and communities.
