What you’ll be doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the classroom. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising secondary school classes during teacher absences.
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged.
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, using positive and professional approaches.
* Building relationships with students, supporting their learning, and being a positive role model.
* Gaining first-hand insight into school life, curriculum delivery, and classroom management.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
