Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000 + competitive package
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to play a key role in strengthening existing relationships and securing new business opportunities across the construction sector.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how construction businesses win work — whether through frameworks, negotiated contracts, repeat clients or strategic partnerships — and knows how to turn relationships into long-term value.
The Role
* Develop and deliver a business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives
* Build, manage and grow strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
* Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across targeted sectors
* Work closely with operational and pre-construction teams to convert opportunities into secured projects
* Represent the business at networking events, industry forums and client meetings
* Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts and reporting
About You
1. Proven experience in a business development or client-facing role
