Junior Supply Chain Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Junior Administrator to join a fast-paced, market-leading organisation on a 6-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within supply chain, supporting customer requirements and ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships, and supporting production planning and purchasing activities. Accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders
Provide pricing, delivery dates, order confirmations, and schedules
Support customer queries and resolve or escalate delivery issues to ensure OTIF performance
Maintain and distribute quarterly customer price lists
Review invoices for accuracy
Manage shipment documentation, including CMR updates
Update purchasing savings and trial plans
Support production planning and raw material purchasing

Proven commitment to excellent customer service
IT literate (MS Office essential and MRP systems desirable)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator across departments, suppliers, and customers
Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
Accurate, detail-focused, and highly motivated
Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
