Why this job matters
In collaboration with Complex Engineering (CE) leadership teams, you will develop and implement impactful communications for one of Openreach's largest operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and maintaining an annual communication calendar, along with timely operational messaging.
* Providing expert coaching to senior leadership on the importance of effective communication in achieving goals.
* Collaborating with internal communications managers to ensure alignment across teams.
* Serving as a change communications expert to support transformation initiatives.
* Contributing to unit-wide campaigns and events, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
* Utilising audience insights to align communications with business objectives and the overall people plan.
* Continuously measuring communication effectiveness to drive improvements.
