Ensuring food is prepared following recipes, food hygiene, and allergen control protocols. Effectively communicating with the breakfast team to facilitate smooth service. Conducting food safety checks and maintaining documentation in accordance with regulations. Assisting with stock control and communicating ingredient needs for replenishment. Adhering to food hygiene regulations and enforcing procedures to meet food regulation standards and HACCP guidelines. Ensuring compliance with the company’s operating standards in all activities. Maintaining cleanliness according to legal, health, and safety requirements. Job Types : Permanent, Part-time, Full-time Salary: £12.60 per hour Schedule: Monday to Sunday availability, mainly weekend.
