Are you in? We are currently recruiting for a temporary 15 Month field based Commercial Visual Executive to manage our retailer accounts in central and northern England and Scotland.
Work life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm beyond this you can work your hours to suit you. Our full time working week is 37.5 hours. This role is field based, you will spend 3 - 4 days a week on the road visiting your customers and 1 - 2 from home, you will be required to visit Milton Keynes Head Office once per quarter. We have key locations in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle.
You will be joining a team of three CVEs reporting to a Key Account Manager based in Milton Keynes. We have one CVE covering Ireland and one for the South of England.
Job Description
The role of the commercial visual executive is responsible for managing points of sales in central and northern England and Scotland ensuring the field business plan is implemented and executed. The CVE position reflects the dual role of actively engaging with customers to promote sales while also focusing on the presentation and visual appeal of products to enhance the shopping experience, actively seeking opportunities within the points of sale across all of the Fossil Group range of products and brands. Is the "Face" of the Fossil Group, representing the company and its brands, whilst building and maintaining professional relationships with all accounts at all times. Executes sales strategies within Brand guidelines and is responsible for the point of sales. The CVE executes the regional- and local sales strategy.
* Utilises strategic journey plan to execute customer visit cycle and key locations
* Proactively builds relationships with wider CVE and Key Account team
* Executes and delivers the territory sales strategy and business plan at points of sale
* Achieves sales targets
* Ensures wholesale channel POS (Key Accounts, Independents, Dept Stores) within territory are managed in line with brand guidelines (including VM standards) and selective distribution policies.
* Utilises all sales information reports to identify and realise sales opportunities
* Sells in effectively new products, brands and seasonal ranges, utilising Fossil sell in tools
* Ensures order management processes are managed and company self service tools are fully utilised by your accounts
* Monitors competitors' activities and provides feedback to team
* Identifies tactical sales through opportunities at the POS
* Delivers training and product updates when visiting accounts
* Carries out regular territory sales reviews and make necessary action plans
* Provides customer projection by door and brand for Independents
