This is a hybrid role based out of our London or Nottingham office reporting into our Senior Controls and Implementation Manager
Work that matters – What you'll be doing
* Lead the implementation and sustainability of critical controls across first and second line teams.
* Manage and develop a team of two Control Implementation Leads.
* Partner with global and regional leaders to close control gaps and improve quality.
* Provide expert guidance to business units on control design, documentation, and maintenance.
* Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and embed critical control processes enterprise-wide.
* Analyse risk data and provide actionable insights to enhance risk maturity.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Experience in risk, controls, or audit roles, including transformation delivery.
* Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000); RSA Archer experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working across global teams and fast-paced environments.
