The White Eagle, Rhoscolyn is looking for their next Chef de Partie to join our new head chef
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity

The role
* Preparation and execution of the highest quality food for our friends & guests whilst achieving our goals & order of service
* Effectively run a section of a busy kitchen, undertaking section orders, managing workloads & maintaining exacting standards
* Assist the Sous Chef with creating daily specials that will evolve the menu & development of the food going forward
* In charge of running an individual section of the kitchen
* Work closely with junior team members to ensure continual learning, development & evolution
* Display a culture of kindness to all colleagues & always lead by example
* Assist colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning, H&S procedures, and compliance
