We’re now looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our Gateshead Metrocentre store. This is a full-time, 40‑hour‑per‑week role, working across five days with full flexibility required from Monday to Sunday.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for presenting our collections in a stylish, commercial, and inspiring way, always in line with Mango’s brand standards — helping to maximise sales and create an exceptional shopping experience.
Your main responsibilities:
* Ensure the store image is consistently attractive, commercial, and on‑brand
* Apply and maintain Mango’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines
* Carry out floor moves and visual updates quickly and efficiently
* Monitor sales and performance indicators, adapting visual strategies to drive results
* Stay aware of customer profiles, product performance, and competitor activity
* Ensure the right product mix and replenishment levels are maintained
* Communicate effectively with the team about new collections, visual updates, and stock needs
* Report regularly to management and assist with specific store duties when required
About you:
* Results‑driven and sales‑oriented with strong visual merchandising experience in fashion retail
* Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering an inspiring brand experience
* Strong communicator who thrives both independently and as part of a team
* Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
