Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Bury St Edmunds branch to lead and develop a high‑performing team and drive sales of all retail travel products.
Responsibilities
* Coaching staff to maximise their potential.
* Offering customers a high level of care and adhering to service standards.
* Meeting branch and individual sales targets.
* Contributing to team discussions and presenting new ideas to improve sales.
* Assisting with arranging events and customer evenings.
* General office administration.
Key Requirements
* Proven organisational and leadership skills.
* Adaptable with a positive, motivational leadership style.
* Experience in travel retail sales and customer service preferred.
