Key Skills
* Ensure smooth project lifecycle by working closely with other key leaders including Sales, Presales, Consultancy and Engineering.
* Ability to bring teams together and adopt ‘one team’ mentality
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Team Leads, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
* Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and resource planning.
* Demonstrable track record of managing IT Projects and programs across broad technology stack including Cloud, Infrastructure, Azure, M365, Data etc
* Able to work on bid and tender processes, including pre-sales engagement.
* Review sales bids ensuring accurate/realistic project delivery days are given
* Review, track and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Data driven analysis and reviews on customers, team and get team on board with the importance of being data driven
* Promote professional growth to teams across Project Management, ensuring high performance and driving staff satisfaction
* Build plans for career development and succession planning – always giving your team something to strive for
* Strive for perfection across team, aiming to complete all projects in time and to the highest possible standards
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility of project status and PM performance.
* Assist in scoping new opportunities when needed, identifying risks and aligning sales/project team capabilities.
* When needed, act as final escalation point for Project Management function
