Female* Support Worker(s) – Rhondda Cynon Taff
Could you be the steady hand and friendly face that helps young people in Rhondda Cynon Taff take their next big step towards independence?
We are looking to recruit female Support Workers to join our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area providing emotional and practical support (no personal care) to young men and women aged 16–24 who have high-level complex needs. The ultimate goal of the role is to support young people to move on into their own independent accommodation.
Shift pattern will include weekends & sleep-ins:
We have the flexibility to offer smaller or larger contracts to suit you (just enter your preferred number of hours (under the why are you applying for this post section) on the application form.
About you:
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* You should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
* You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).

* This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Adult & Child Workforce), which the company will pay for if required.
