Responsibilities
* Setting and running a range of print finishing machinery
* Delivering consistently precise, high-standard printed results with close attention to detail
* Managing workloads to stay on track with deadlines and maintain steady production flow
* Performing regular checks and upkeep to ensure equipment operates reliably
* Troubleshooting small problems and escalating more complex issues when necessary
Key attributes / Qualifications
* Have previous experience operating print finishing equipment
* Ability to do basic daily maintenance of machinery (for minor adjustments, upkeep)
* Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work
* Problem-solving ability and adaptability to print finish across different jobs
* Reliable and organised with good time management
* Positive team player with clear communication skills
