About the Role: As a Children’s Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to children and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area. Location : Whitstable & nearby areas Shift Pattern : 8–12 hour night shifts Client Focus : One paediatric client per shift Rota : Set rota with optional overtime All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care — preparing you confidently for your first shift.
