We have an opportunity for an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join a well-established company based in Farnborough on a temp / perm bases starting on the 1st September. Part time 3 days per week 9am to 5pm.
Key responsibilities will include taking instructions, case preparation, drafting documents, and liaising with counsel. This role would be ideal for an experienced legal secretary looking to advance or progress within their legal care.
What will you be doing as a Legal Secretary?
You will be responsible for assisting a fee earner that are dealing with a range of family law matters, which include :
* Divorce and Separation
* Living Together
* Children
* Pre-Nuptial Agreements
* Domestic Violence
* Civil Partnerships
* Financial Arrangements
What skills do you need for a Legal Secretary
* Able to type at WPM
* Dictation from digital and tape
* Organised, motivated, and with a keen eye for detail
* Professional, friendly, and with a ‘can-do’ attitude
* Part time 9am to 5pm – 3 days per week
