Eligibility to work in the UK
QS with 10 years' experience in construction with degree in Quantity Surveying
Vast experience in preparing Bill of Quantities with SMM7 & NRM2, take-offs and tender documents
Experience in carrying out valuations/on site assessments of work done to date
Experience in post-contract management (JCT & NEC) especially dealing with variations/compensation events/changes to construction works & cost reporting
Vast experience in cost planning to NRM1 standards and working knowledge of life-cycle costings
Excellence of communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel
Working toward RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation
Access to car and full driving license
Preferable
Chartered QS
PQS with 7+ years of post-graduate experience
Experience as Employer's Agent, PM, Contract Administrator and/or Monitoring Surveyor
Experience working with refurbishment, residential, health, transport, education schemes across public and private sectors (client-facing)
Use of CATO Software
Experience with Reviews of Bills of Quantities and Third Party Checks
Experience with Dispute Resolution
Experience in tendering and estimating fees for QS work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£61,830.93 per year
