What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be at the heart of a major cultural and technical shift. As Continuous Improvement Transformation Manager, you won't be observing from the sidelines; you'll be hands-on, working with production and cross-departmental teams to prevent defects before they happen. You'll shape how quality, systems and engineering disciplines come together, changing complex data into clear, practical actions that stabilise and continuously improve manufacturing processes.

Strong background in manufacturing, quality, lean manufacturing, Six-Sigma or continuous improvement.
The ability to engage with people, building rapport and relationships quickly
Proven experience driving cultural and technical improvements.
