The Role We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Manager with a strong Product Marketing focus to help drive revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion. Working closely with commercial, product, sales, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping product positioning, customer messaging, market intelligence, and go-to-market strategies across a diverse product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer insights inform product, marketing, and sales priorities. Define and maintain customer segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth. Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and messaging frameworks. Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials that support product adoption and revenue growth. Support product launches and commercialisation initiatives, ensuring successful market introduction and customer engagement. Monitor campaign, channel, and product performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness. Develop content and thought leadership assets including case studies, webinars, presentations, articles, and customer success stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programmes aligned with business objectives. Support industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. Experience & Qualifications Essential Experience in a Product Marketing or strong general Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or similar commercial marketing role. Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and customer journey development. Experience gathering and applying customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence. Experience supporting product launches and growth initiatives. CRM experience and confidence using data to inform decision-making. Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking. Desirable Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Experience within a B2B environment. Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial stakeholders. Experience supporting product lifecycle management and commercial growth initiatives.
