Job Description
3. Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial conveyancing cases from instruction to completion.
4. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to property transactions.
5. Conduct searches and review property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
7. Provide updates and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
8. Ensure all files and documentation comply with legal and regulatory standards.
9. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
10. Assist with any additional tasks related to conveyancing as required by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
