We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing essential support to secondary schools across Bradford. This role involves supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects, maintaining student engagement. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. ✏️ Support students in completing their work and address any questions. Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour. Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C or above. Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
