An asset management firm is seeking an Equity Analyst to join the Global Listed Real Assets investment team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform company-level fundamental analysis to generate actionable investment recommendations
* Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
* Meet with company management and attend industry events
* Collaborate with the sustainability team to integrate ESG factors into investment decisions
* Assist with portfolio management
* Support with sales and marketing teams by contributing to client presentations and meetings
Candidate Requirements
* 2-4 years of relevant investment experience on the buy-side or sell-side
* Exposure to infrastructure and real estate markets (listed or private) is highly desirable
* Keen interest in sustainability and responsible investing
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
* Working towards the CFA qualification is beneficial
* A proactive team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude
